Simple no crust quiche! 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped mushrooms 8 egg whites Coat a saucepan with cooking spray saute the onion and mushrooms until tender. Pour half of egg whites into a baking pan. Evenly spread the onion and mushroom mixture Bake for 30 minutes! Enjoy!!! Fari2019
